Married Anne SKINNER, daughter of William & Mary Skinner of Lansallos

Richard was a miller, working with his father at Treverbyn Mill, St Austell in 1851 and subsequently as miller at Polmassick in the parish of St Ewe.

Richard died in December 1865 and was buried at St Ewe, as was his wife Ann, who died 3 months later. Richard's will was proved by his father, Robert as guardian of Richard & Ann's four under-age sons in 1866.
