The form on this page allows you to add a link to existing family record sheets in two ways.

Either

  1. By information linking two previously unlinked records OR
  2. By adding a record sheet for a child or parent with no family record sheet of their own.

This form can only be used to add new information to an existing Family Record page (sorry to be so pedantic, but 'forcing' the input of an existing Record Number stops us being inundated with nonsense 'links' via automated linking systems!)
